Making Simple Styled Menus
Set the New CSS Rule as seen below
1. Choose Tag
2. type in li for selector name
3. then Click OK ...
A
A Rule Definition box will appear. Don't do anything...
Except, Just click OKAY!
Over in the CSS Style pallet you should now see underneath <style> "li"
